MORNING SICKNESS

Morning sickness is the nausea and vomiting that is experienced by most pregnant women. Usually occurs in the first three months of pregnancy. But, not all pregnant women experience morning sickness. Differences in the level of the nausea was different in every pregnant woman.

The cause of morning sickness is the influence of psychological changes in the pregnant woman and the presence of hormone Beta-HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadtropin) issued by the prospective infants. This is what gives rise to a sense of Hormone nausea which usually happens early in the morning. This is usually experienced by pregnant women who drink less water at night so as not to pee. As a result the Beta HCG hormone in the blood are not disposed of and increase in number.

Although called morning sickness, does not mean the nausea and vomiting occur only when the morning. Nausea and vomiting can occur at any time, i.e. during the afternoon, evening, or day. Usually, the pregnant women who experience morning sickness, it will feel worried about the condition of the baby in the uterus that not enough nutrients. But, do not need too, as long as it's well fed, albeit in small portions but often, drinking lots of water, enough rest, and positive thinking.

How to overcome Morning Sickness.

1. When waking in the morning, don't immediately get up and stand. Sit in a few moments. Then, stand up slowly.

2. prepare biscuit near the bed. Eat a piece while sitting on the bed before standing.

3. Arrange pattern of eating well. Don't eat big portions. So, would trigger a sense of nausea. But, eat small portions and is often.

4. consume plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, and foods that contain a lot of carbohydrates, and high protein (such as: potatoes, biscuit, bread). Avoid foods that are spicy, fatty and greasy.

5. Expand drinking water to avoid dehydration due to vomiting.

6. consume high fiber-containing foods to launch toilets.

7. Rest enough, still trying to calm and relax by taking the time to listen to the music that is fun and read a book.

8. Take enough necessary. But, do not sleep excess. Because, can result in the bloodstream not smoothly so piss be disturbed.

9. Stay exercising light as walk or swim.

10. Do not worry if often pee. because, betas hcg hormone can be wasted when pee.
